Dead right. NoteSelf is already a working app. Its also already a very strong proof of concept. The approach solves several issues simultaneously. And the multi-user direction will add even more power to that. Danielo is just one smart dude doing this. He's demonstrated the underlying architecture of NoteSelf has great practical potential for TW.
