Mark, you might find the slideshow macros I just developed useful. See 
https://designwritestudio.updog.co/projects/cit-2017/schneider-panel-overview.html,
 
and click on "Presentation" (click on the "x" in the top menu on the right 
to exit the slideshow and return to the wiki format). All the code you need 
is in tiddler SlideShowMacros, which also lists the tiddlers you'll need to 
bring over (I don't know how to make a plugin). Note this replaces 
$:/core/ui/ViewTemplate to support the Punch theme.
