Interesting question. I'd guess "Yes" but then you'd have to come up with applications that are implementable with TW. My point is that modern applications are quite sophisticated in what they do (...multi user, login in via facebook account, "does it work with our intranet?", etc etc).
Of course, Jeremy does use TW as commercial applications (...as far as I know) but my guess - not based on anything - is that they're tweaked quite a bit to suit the customer.
