hmm, I think, there will always be a little bit of manual work left. 
Especially with TW there are a lot of possibilities to do the same thing. 
Most of the time it's: use-case related conventions.

With TW5 and manually created tiddlers yes. .. But if a program / plugin 
creates tiddlers, it's too easy to create several tiddlers with the 
absolute same timestamp.
