Peter, as I specified in my original follow-up, I had problems building
TigerVNC trunk on OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 with a standard FLTK 1.3.0 from
MacPorts available.  I posted the build failure to pastebin as referenced
previously in this thread.

I was also under the impression that the FLTK patches were not required to
build TigerVNC, but I found out I couldn't build it properly.  That's when
I pursued using FLTK 1.3 + patches.  I could not easily determine which
patches to apply and in which order.  I downloaded the latest patches from
each mentioned URL, but they all didn't apply cleanly.

It would be nice to get TigerVNC 1.2.x working on Mountain Lion.  Right now
I'm using Chicken and OS X Screen Sharing, both of which are not as nice
and have some issues (Chicken 2.2b2 does not interact well with TigerVNC
Server 0.9.x on RHEL 6).
