Could you list the errors you got? Note that the patches are to be
applied on FLTK revision 9619, not 1.3.0. BUILDING.txt has instructions
on how to get that specific revision.

Unfortunately neither Chicken nor Screen Sharing are proper VNC.
They've modified the protocol in incompatible ways, mainly with regards
to keyboard handling.
