Well, as I said, I downloaded those package files and looked at their 
structure, and the header files definitely are there, under 
/usr/include.  I don't know why they didn't get installed on your 
system.  Obviously the headers have to be there somewhere, because other 
packages on SuSE are built against libjpeg-turbo.

I don't have a SuSE installation available to test this, nor is anyone 
paying me to do so (or even to have this conversation.)  Thus, please 
dial down the *emphasized text*, as this comes across as you getting in 
my face, and I am certainly not going to devote any more pro bono time 
to helping someone who gets in my face.

If SuSE isn't properly packaging libjpeg-turbo, then just use the 
official libjpeg-turbo RPMs.  We know that those work.  How SuSE chooses 
to package libjpeg-turbo is not my problem.
