Yes you are right. I even expected this answer. But in reality it is more clear if you have a look in the svn logs. It's easier to read the name of a tagged name instead of a anonymous revision number from the trunk. Imagine someone finds a really big bug in the current stable version. To fall back to a prior release is simple if it is tagged!
