It was never used by anything, so I removed it a few weeks ago. (I was thinking we should rather combine preprocessors rather than have yet one more perl script going through the whole data once more). Should still be in the attic as mercatorize.pl or similar :-). Etienne said, he tried projection with XSLT osma and down to z8 it didn't make a difference. Mmmh, don't know...
