Hi Scott, be careful, 5.5V at 50% duty cycle is about 21.5dBm into 50 Ohms. The Fury will probably not be damaged, but it is outside of it's spec, so you are overdriving it. 3.3V CMOS outputs are much preferred if a sine output is not available.
