Not one with a unidirectional antenna, which is the usual stuff.

If you have multiple antennas you can sort out the directions. But it is an expensive way of achieving it.

If your antenna moves you can detect the heading relative north.

A sensor to sense the magnetic field is fairly inexpensive so that is being used.
