Don, EZGPIB has originally been planned to make the life of GPIB user's a bit easier in case they used a PROLOGIX-Interface.
The ability to work with NI and Agilent interfaces via the accompanying DLL has been implemented later and I must confess that I had never expected that people would like to use the software in kind of a "full blown" environment as it seems that you would like to. For that reason only the FIRST interface is detected by the software and there is currently no way to address devices on the second interface. In the meantime I have collected that many bus enabled devices that i plan to buy an NI USB<->GPIB interface as an addition to my NI plugin card. In that moment I will have the same problem as you and I must think about it again. So, there may be s solution in the future but currently no and I do not wish to promise too much. If you ever heard about vaporware you know what I mean.
