You'll want to review the documents at ntp.org and the list < http://lists.ntp.org/listinfo/questions>. The folks there will be happy to assist you. There are two important points: 1) Until 4.2.8 is released you'll want to build a recent version of 4.2.7. Don't use 4.2.6 2) Review the many and varied posts on the subtleties of using PPS via ATOM or as part of a refclock like ONCORE < http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/html/drivers/driver30.html>.
