If we can get 4-5 volunteers to help the server operators we can setup a

volunteers with [EMAIL PROTECTED] email addresses.
This is basically what we do already on the newsgroup
comp.protocols.time.ntp/[EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list, as well
as on the #ntp irc channel hosted by freenode.net. We don't have
enough people on #ntp to help people 24x7, but we do try to do a
decent job, and anyone who wants to help is more than welcome to join
us there. For less interactive matters, I would think that
comp.protocols.time.ntp/[EMAIL PROTECTED] should be adequate.
I definitely agree that we need a monitoring/notify script, but I
would think that we could direct people towards existing resources
for help, although it would certainly help to have more people
helping out on #ntp.
