A couple of things spring to mind:

(1) There should be a pointer to the RFCs for NTP/SNTP (in theory, implementers should know where these are and be referring to them anyway, but pointing them directly to the RFCs won't hurt).

(2) The document should indicate what "KoD" means and point to the documentation for it (I believe that it's new in SNTP v4, and that there's not yet an RFC for NTP v4; hence anyone implementing NTP (as opposed to SNTP) won't find it in the current NTP RFC).
