Yeah, I wasn't sure what it'd be best to link to, so I just punted at
the whole thing. I should add a short line with the links though.
I want to keep the document brief though, so it's easy for someone
new to get through.
My intended audience for the vendors page is 1) open source projects
(they'll know the technical details), 2) manager at $vendor (who only
needs to know that it's a good idea when done reading).
