And just because you don't get AAAA records at . does not mean they won't exist for .de, which serves over IPv6. The protocols aren't as distinct as you might imagine, and most transitioning mechanisms out there say "try IPv6 first." BTW, just looking at pseudorandom, I see AAAA records for .de's name servers, and .uk, .ie, .fr, .us, .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, ... That most of them are not yet equipped to handle their clients adding IPv6 records is another matter entirely. But when they do, flame.org will be ready!
