Hey, Adrain, if you're starting an NTPd wishlist I have a few to add. ;)

- Requery DNS to grab new IP when server is .INIT.
- "Autopool" config option. Queries DNS for [0.|1.|2.|3.|]pool.ntp.org,
dynamically adds results to running NTPd, after a settling period keeps 50% with
best delay, drops the other half and starts the process over. Can and should be
limited using minpoll, noselect, and new MAXFALSETICKERS.
