The best example is the Linux kernel, for which you can find lots of proprietary modules / drivers. They do not infridge the GPL if they are not distributed with the kernel.
This is because the kernel authors have specifically published an additional permission, not because the GPL allows it by itself.
I'm not saying that you should not allow proprietary modules to be distributed... I think they are a Bad Thing, that's your choice to make. All Santiago, myself and others are saying is that if you do want to allow for them, publishing Tiny under the GPL is not the thing to do. You want LGPL, or BSD.
