I see that this subject is becoming quite hot and this is really good.

First I want to thank to santiagoroza, he is quite well informed and he gived 
very good hints and links about GPL licensing. 

Now it's the job of fabien and his team to decide how to handle the problem. I 
hope they will made a good decision.

Solutions until now:
#1. Keep GPL / Do nothing (clearly there is no way of making modules other than 
GPL)
#2. GPL + exceptions (Could work but it's unclear how can someone gain those 
rights and if this will cost?)
#3. switch LGPL (this will made development of commercial modules possible and 
assure that any modified line of TinyERP will be contributed back). It's quite 
normal that the development of a commercial module will require improvement of 
LGPL too. 

PS. Personally I'm looking for an LGPL license :)
