Fabien, I strongly suggest that you seek legal advice from a real lawyer before you do that, because I'm afraid that Santiago is right about this: GPL as it stands does prohibit anyone but you (the author) to distribute of non-free modules for TinyERP.
I even suggest that you contact the FSF on this, as they are the ones with the most authority as to the text of the license.
