When the development was closed, everybody complained about it. When the development is completely open, somebody rants because he can't find his way.
When the docs were closed to partners, everybody asked for open documentation. Now that the documentation is open to read and cooperate we rant because we don't even care to find or read it. I think the full OpenObject - OpenERP stuff is very clearly stated on the web page. I'll make a short resume: OpenObject is the platform. OpenERP is a set of modules (functionality) desgined to work as an ERP on that platform. You could write your own ERP or any other application using OpenObject. I don't think Tiny needs more managers. In fact I think they're doing quite good. But let's be serious... you won't get a hold on ANY ERP on the market if you don't invest quite a few hours (read dozens of hours) on it.
