In the US we will be on DST starting this Sunday, so I think that will put us at GMT -4 which would be 9AM EDT for the IRC meeting. I have a conflict with another meeting at that time.
Suggested topics: 1. Getting community-contributed fixes and patches into the code much faster. In other open source projects contributed patches are usually committed within one week and many times within one or two days. As an example, I submitted patches/files to fix 'bdist_rpm' target to setup.py and these are now about three weeks old with no work started to get them committed. 2. Bugs need worked on much faster. Bugs, even critical bugs, take far too long to get fixed. 3. Keeping the WIKI. This is a common form of project documentation that almost everyone knows how to use and it makes it easy for people to contribute.
