[/quote] Fully agree Gerry, but that what my last line is pointing to... How can we be sure? that all nesseary dependencies are backported too? As far as to my knowledge OpenERP has not a system in place to support these mandatory dependencies backported. Manually keeping track of dependencies will definitely break the system. And trust me, I have experience in this on major projects.
