The thing is that possibly some of those features are easy to add to OpenERP. At least tagging is something I've though of several times, adding it to attachments is pretty easy. Even more, tagging could be exteded to support any record in the database. So you could search the "urgent" tag and it would return not only files but also invoices or partners.
