I just can agree with you. A lot of the accounting to-do-things that are 
mentioned in this post were completely solved in our Spanish localization. We 
are proud to have a very functional OpenERP around here, with people like Borja 
from Pexego, Jordi from Zizkazkmedia and Albert for NaN that took the lead of 
the developments (thanks a lot guys!). No outsiders were hired at all.

So again, an as you said, it's a matter of community organization. Internal 
organization (the community around you, you cann't sit and wait others to do 
your job) and the way the community interacts with others and with OpenERP. 

But this has been spoken so so many times...
