That is why I include absolutes on some questions to fool those who attempt to pass based on test-wiseness, e.g.:
*. The fovea contains only cones.
a. absolutely yes. b. sometimes yes and sometimes no. c. absolutely no.
Of course "yes" and "absolutely yes" are equivalent but the wording does help to foil those who rely more on test-taking skills.
