"Michael Sylvester" has made very few statements that purported to be facts and certainly has not pretended to present data.
Mostly he asks questions and expresses opinions.
His background is apparent from his posts (again this is not unique to him).
If we are to require that only people currently teaching Psychology courses from a scientific viewpoint post on this list, he will not be the only one to be terminated.
Personally (expressing opinion) I think that his (mis)use of Embry-Riddle's email system is a matter between him and them.
