Karl and others,
    There has been a discussion about this book on another listserv of
mine.  Apparently, someone misused an APA list.  I had a copy of a
letter that Ray Fowler had sent to everyone apologizing for this and
saying that APA was looking into it.  Unfortunately, I have deleted it.
But it is a problem that APA is aware of, and is looking into.
