Hi there-
I've not gotten the book myself (thank goodness) but this issue was raised
on another list and the upshot was a note from Dr. Fowler that the list had
been misused and that whoever had used the apap list for the mailing had
not done so with apap consent or approval - that apa approves all materials
sent out under their labels but that someone had apparently somehow
purloined the list and the entire incident is under investigation. I've
discarded the letter already so am relying upon my memory.
