I hope youse guys don't mind me cutting in for just a second but, to
clarify things (I hope), what professor Sylvester was referring to
(I think) is a movie produced by CRM/McGraw-Hill back in 1972
that had B.F. Skinner discussing how to use reinforcement techniques
to improve business operations. Originally on film, it was converted
to VHS and various colleges/universities have one or the other format,
for example, the University of Alaska at Anchorage:
http://lrc.uaa.alaska.edu/media/details.php?catalogID=090586
and the SWON libraries; see:
http://www.swonlibraries.org/media-catalog?a=displayrecord&recnum=521&start=1&searchterm=Business%20and%20Management&searchfield=subject&recsperscreen=25&subjectid=28&browse=subject&boolean=
IMDB.com does not have an entry for this movie but does lists other
films that McGraw-Hill has put out over the decades:
(1) McGraw-Hill Films:
http://www.imdb.com/company/co0078911/
(2) McGraw-Hill Pictures:
http://www.imdb.com/company/co0047468/
(3) McGraw-Hill Book Co. Inc (has the largest list of films)
http://www.imdb.com/company/co0058931/

The British Film Institute (BFI) does have a brief, uninformative entry:

Examination of the audio-visual holdings of a couple of colleges
indicate that circa 1972 McGraw-Hill produced several films about
Skinner. The Northern Arizona University lists three:

The B.F. Skinner foundation website is putting up digitalized copies
of some of the films that involve Skinner or his research but it does
not have the Biz/BFS/Bottom Line film (one can always ask the
foundation if they're going to digitalize it); see:
http://www.bfskinner.org/BFSkinner/Videos.html

Finally, there is a snippet from the film on YouTube but the person
who put it up describes the film in Spanish. I haven't watched the
snippet but you can access it here:

I'm now going back to the Yankees-Mariners baseball game.
