Dear Tipsters,
I echo Chris's frustration about APA and their style rules. As a professional
organization they should produce a complete cheap PDF and share it to all.
And it reminds me of the annoyances a couple of years ago when they had errors
in their own guide (or at least inconsistencies and points that were not clear)!
