I'm still angry about the 6th. It was the first time that they had given me a desk copy -- in spite of the fact that I've sold literally tens of thousands of those manuals for them (by requiring them of my students for over 20 years) -- and it had hundreds of errors. Of course, they refused to replace it with the corrected version.
