Did you ever figure this out? Because I have the same problem all of a suddon!
I can transfer from one TiVo to the other, and from the TiVo to the computer,
but if I try to transfer from the computer to the TiVo it says that there are
no recordings! I also noticed that there was a TiVo upgrade recently, maybe
this has something to do with it? If so I hope they get it fixed quick since I
do a lot of transfering!
Anyway, let me know if you figure something out, or hear something!

I can still grab files from TiVo to PC, but not the other way...
I click on my PC in the now playing list, and it says it has no recordings,
but there are many... I double checked the setting to make sure I have the
right folder, still nothing, rebooted Tivo and still nothing...
