I was told that this is the place for all Tivo answers...:-) Let's hope so...
When I'm hooked directly to my cable, (no Tivo) the time it takes to switch from channel to channel (analog) takes about 1 second or so. When going from digital to digital channels it takes a bit longer. But when I hook up the Tivo using a cablecard to access HD (no cable box involved), channel changing between two HD channels takes about 6 seconds. Is this a Tivo issue, cablecard issue, HD issue? Is this long lag "normal" and do I have to live with it? Thanks
