* Um… is “draconian” really the term that was used by the poll? That was the wording in the poll. The issue was raised in the chat and clarified at the mic by Sean that draconian wasn’t really an accurate word, but it was late/early when he made the slides after three-four days of IETF meetings.
My impression is that “Should the chairs be quicker to act in doing moderation” might be a more accurate way to express it. I would also suggest watching the video once it becomes available on the IETF video channels.
