Do TMDA users even need blacklists?

I don't have one and I'm spam free now that I started using TMDA. My

girlfriend was getting an average of 3000 spams/month before TMDA
(no, I am *NOT* exaggerating). She has no blacklist and she is spam
free now that she has TMDA.

I'm glad that TMDA is blacklist-capable, so that if I get spammed by
an autoresponder that I might be able to do something about it (or if

a keyword address gets into the wrong hands), but the whole reason I
got into this (apart from it being really neat, clever technology) is

that it frees you up from relying on someone else's list. I don't
need a subscription. I don't need to download list updates. I am
not affected by listing errors.

TMDA has given me freedom.

Thank you Jason (et al.)!
