I started out as a TMS user and used some 'sender' addresses early on, but I 
quickly found that they caused more problems than they were worth, so I 
switched them all to 'ext' addresses.

I've never used 'keyword' addresses either for the same reasons.

yeah.  'dated' and 'ext' addresses cover most everything for me (although since I 
have a reason for using 2 domains,  I also have 'as' addresses to map into my 
other domain).
