It's a tradeoff.  Keyword addresses are easier when you need to
disable one, but .qmail files save you time because you don't have to
generate an address every time you need a new one.

I find that I need to disable an extension address much less
frequently that I need to create a new one, so the dot-qmail method is
less time consuming for me.  YMMV.
