I agree that it could be made easier with better documentation, more
tools like tmda-cgi, etc (volunteers?).  However, this is one of the
reasons I designed TMDA to be a server-side application. i.e, TMDA is
installed by the mail administrator, who should already be familiar
with Unix, his MTA, etc.  For such a person, deploying TMDA should not
be difficult.  The non-technical end-users are handled by whatever
TMDA services the mail admin chooses to provide.  In short, every Tom,
Dick and Harry does not need to understand how to install TMDA or even
how it works.  I did the work to provide a webmail/TMDA service for
some friends and family that is completely transparent to them.  Their
interface remained unchanged.  All they know is that they no longer
receive spam.
