Hmmm.... the more I think about this the less it looks like a workable idea. Sure, an autoresponder will have a repliable From: address, otherwise it stands to reason that the person doesn't want to communicate with you, but there's no guarantee that the reply will come from the same address. Company autoresponders may come from a generic address, and even TMDA confirmation messages come from a confirm address (which looks a good bit different than a bare address if you're using dated from or reply-to addresses.)
