Tweakable defaults.ini settings would be fantastic! ... and the more
features that are modifyable in this manner, the better, as far as I'm
concerned.  A text-editor is a perfectly usable GUI tool for me. :)

If the menu structure could be kept in defaults.ini, that would satisfy
most of my immediate needs.  I could then tweak it there to make certain
features disappear.
