I agree, Rick.  I've made various 'charts' off and on, to keep track of 
supplements, meds, exercise, nutrition, and how I feel.  Sometimes I feel 
really self-centered doing it, but on more than one occasion I was able to 
review it and find that certain things resulted when I did (or ate, or took 
supplements, certain exercise, etc.) whatevers, so that I could at least get a 
hint of what it might be that makes me feel better or worse, etc.
At the time something happens, you don't think you'll forget it.  But after a 
day or two something different is happening and I really can't remember if I 
don't write it down.  It's worth the extra time it takes!  And that's just to 
help myself, to say nothing of the fact that you have a reliable record if the 
doctor asks about something.
