this is why i asked my Md why i was taking 50000 ui of vit D per week when type 
2 vit D usually is not absorbed into the body as well as lesser amounts of over 
the counter vit D.
his reply as well as second openion reply,,,scientific studies drive me 
crazy,,new one every day,,,take the pills,

all is a game i reckon.

if it feels good do it,,if it makes you feel bad stop,,,if it kills you  
,,,then,,,,never mind.
