Vani, Not a funny phobia. Phobias are never funny. Ask me. I can say. I am very afraid of needles. I do not feel to give blood. I would like to. But doctors should find out a better way than injecting a needle :)

Wonderful idea, Satish garu. I will add to it. Satya Krishna will maintain the list of blood donors who helped us and also of our group's members. We will request the other friends, like Pranahitha, to collect all the names of interested blood donors, from the friend circle and save it in a excel sheet to send to us. We will add the Reference Name as well (on who referred this person to us). We also can request our colleauges to let us know about their blood group and if they are interested to donate blood, we will prepare one excel sheet. Let us club all these and sort based on blood group's name. If possible store in a database and write a query. As we have reference name also tagged, we can contact this particular person to convince the donor.
