However, there are points that I wanted to send across, and I believe they've been taken. Here there are, better outlined, just in case further clarity is needed:
* Expenses should be reduced where possible, by trying to reach out to various alternatives, instead of choosing the nearest/obvious/readily available choice. * Local volunteers in the field should educate local and non-local patients and their families about local facilities and expense estimates.
