<< DO we really need a discussion on whether a plate of idli in a govt funded
hospital should be Rs 7 or less? >>
Of course, we do NOT! There was no discussion intended in raising the point.
However, there are points that I wanted to send across, and I believe they've
been taken. Here there are, better outlined, just in case further clarity is
needed:

* Expenses should be reduced where possible, by trying to reach out to various
alternatives, instead of choosing the nearest/obvious/readily available choice.
* Local volunteers in the field should educate local and non-local patients and
their families about local facilities and expense estimates.
