See, I dont find any problem to ascertain these details from the school authorities especially when we have few members who go regularly to a particular school. Atleast we can find that out from the school where we distributed books/bags. And if at all we take up that project (depending on the budget), then don't all of you think that school authorities would take care of the cooking/arrangement part? Or else we can have a discussion with the headmaster of the school that, provisions for a year would be ours but the execution part is yours (which may include manpower, gas/fire wood/stove/utensils). And we may go sometimes for a surprise visit to check if it is really implemented or not. Definitely its not a small task, but I don't find any reason why we shall not conduct a geasibility study.
