Hi Divya,

Thank you for a very quick and good response.

As you said, we can distribute this to our friendly NGOs.

1. Library part can be taken care of if each one of us donate one
book. (We haven't given the book that we bought to Ashray-Akruti so
far). Above all, what I feel is let us subscribe for one telugu and
one english newspaper and also some good magazines for children like
Ma Badi, Chandamama etc., This doesn't cost much and would be very
useful for the children. They can add to the library.
2. Sports material also can be taken care of -- Like Skipping Ropes,
Ring Ball etc., I also suggested to buy some indoor games to them so
that makes them innovative and creative. I think Carroms and Chess
are also of minimum cost.
3. For Benches and Shelf, we can knock other NGOs.

Based on Jairam's availability, we will go to the school this weekend
and take the photographs of the school. We will prepare a small
report of the requirement and then will circulate it to different
groups.

I don't know if the school is open on Saturday afternoon. Morning we
have Raj's session and if people can bring books by that time, we can
give them when we go to take photos.

As you have sent 40$ to Chandra, I will consider you as a special
donor for this project and will buy the sports material right away. I
do not wait for others consensus in this regard.

Others please respond with your suggestions on taking up this
project. Do you accept our (myself and Divya's) suggestions?

Awaiting eagerly for your response.

P.S: I installed XP in my system and I have a problem with Ethernate
card driver. So I do not have access to NET at my home. Please bear
with my late replies this week.
