Is it possible for you to relocate to India and take some responsibility
on-field? I cannot express how delighted I am to see the way you have suggested
about WDP and Stationeries and other things. It would be wonderful if few of US
guys can really come for an year or so to India. By saying so, I do not
undermine the efforts of other chapter members. I honestly mean it with all
probability. But the idea is really very good and I feel the person who is
having such ideas, can implement it much better. In fact I was thinking of
putting banners at the stalls where people can see TMAD as an enity and also to
have the logos/names of 2-3 big shops in that area, if not for fund, atleast
for supervision of those stalls when we are not around. Let us see what we are
able to do in this field.
But, I want to make one thing clear. MCH people would not be there to
distribute. In fact they wont be there. Their repsonsibility ends with filling
the water pots. Thats it from their side. So if we can have a person at each
post, it is really nice. But like Suresh (A) has already mentioned, we have to
work quickly on this project lest the whole discussion would go in vain. But
Suresh, dont you think it is hard to get a person to work for Rs.50 a day (even
though we all know that work is not heavy, all he has to do is to sit and
manage the stall)?
