I am determined not to proceed with any case with half-of the members supporting it saying that let us continue it as 'out of the group' project. I am afraid we will end up doing 'out of the group' projects. Let us do and proceed with the projects which can be tagged as 'group' projects. For any project to be acted upon we need volunteers.
